Douglas Austin

Douglas is a writer and game designer, teaming up with some wonderfully talented individuals at Worldwalker Games. He was an enthusiast of books and games from an early age, and studied Creative Writing at UC Santa Barbara. He’s particularly interested in fusing beloved fantasy concepts with the lyrical splendor and casual intimacy of magical realism, making that union a comfortable place for anyone to visit, and populating the resulting fictions with genuine-feeling characters whose mental lives and challenges reflect and address our own in productive and uplifting ways.
