Gwynne Garfinkle is the author of a novel, CAN’T FIND MY WAY HOME, and two collections, SINKING, SINGING (short fiction) and PEOPLE CHANGE (stories and poems), all published by Aqueduct Press. Her work has appeared in such publications as FANTASY, STRANGE HORIZONS, UNCANNY, ESCAPE POD, APEX, and NOT ONE OF US. She lives in Los Angeles.

Endings leave the reader with something — a feeling, a question, or an idea. How do you close your story so that you leave the lasting impact of your words on the reader? How much resolution is necessary? How much space past the climax is a good barometer for a proper cool-down?
