This year, we are reviving the Office Hours program virtually and in person! During an Office Hour, hosts meet with attendees one-on-one to offer mentorship, share expertise in a specialized field, answer questions about their own work, and give feedback on others’ work (such as an author website, query, first pages, etc…).

The list of hosts and their sessions is below. Nebula Conference attendees can enter a lottery for a slot in one of these sessions. If you have registered for the Conference, check your email for a link to enter the lottery! If you still need to register for the Nebula Conference, click here to join us online or in Pasadena! You will receive the lottery link as soon as your registration is complete.

The lottery will close on Monday, May 6. If there are any Office Hour slots available after the lottery, these will be available on a first come, first served basis. The results of the lottery will be shared with attendees soon after the lottery closes. If the host has agreed to receive materials in advance, instructions for submitting these materials will be sent to participants.
