Registrations will be available until they sell out. Our room block is no longer available, but there may still be rooms available at the hotel to purchase on your own. Banquet tickets are no longer available.
Accessibility
If you have accessibility questions for the hotel, you can contact their staff at 714-750-1811. If you need a mobility scooter during the event, these are available for rent through a local third party vendor, D&R Mobility Scooter Rental. You can call 714-883-8761 or visit their website for more information. We recommend reserving scooters in advance to ensure one is available.

Travel Options
The closest airport to our venue is John Wayne Airport in Orange County (SNA), which is approximately a 20-minute drive depending on traffic.
Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is about a 45 minute drive depending on traffic.If you travel to LAX and plan to use a rideshare, follow signs when you land to reach the LAXit area, where you can call a cab, Uber, or Lyft.
If you’d like to travel around Anaheim without a vehicle, the Anaheim Regional Transportation (ART) is a network of 19 interchangeable bus routes with service to more than 70 stops in and around Anaheim and Orange County. Fare information is available here, and tickets can be purchased using the Away We Go app. For real time updates on bus schedules, consider downloading the Transit app.
Parking
If you plan to rent a car or drive to the venue, the hotel will provide parking to Nebula attendees at the following rates:
- Self-Overnight Parking: $20.00 per night, per vehicle
- Overnight Valet Parking: $30 per vehicle, per night
- Daily Parking: $8 for the first three hours and $8 per hour after the third hour
This is the best rate in the area that SFWA has been able to identify.

Excursions
Our hotel venue is only blocks away from Disneyland. If you plan to visit either Disneyland or California Adventure as part of your trip, consider reserving your tickets in advance. Otherwise, tickets for the day you would like to attend may sell out. Visit the Disneyland ticketing website for more information.
