Hotel information
The in-person Nebula Conference will take place at the Westin Hotel in Pasadena, CA: 191 N Los Robles Ave, Pasadena, CA 91101.
Register for the conference and book a hotel room here. Registrations will be available until they sell out. Purchase your registration by March 14th, 2024 to get the early bird price! Hotel rooms must be reserved by May 13th, 2024.

United Taxi is a local company which offers wheelchair accessible services. A local option for mobility scooter rental is www.evmedus.com.
Flight and transportation options
The closest airport to our venue is the Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR), which is about a 20–30-minute drive from the Westin Pasadena.
Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is about a 45–90-minute drive depending on traffic. If you travel to LAX and plan to use a rideshare, follow signs when you land to reach the LAXit area, where you can call a cab, Uber, or Lyft.
Long Beach Airport (LGB) is about a 30–60 minute drive depending on traffic.

Parking
If you plan to rent a car or drive to the venue, the hotel will provide parking to Nebula attendees at the following rates:
- Day Use: $21.00 daily maximum
- Overnight Guests:
- Valet: $22.00 (in/out privileges)
- Self-Parking: $17.00 (single entry/exit, paid via self-pay machine upon exit only), or $22.00 (in/out pass, charged to guestroom)
Outside the hotel, long-term parking is available in designated garages and lots around the city. While the city of Pasadena offers lots of metered and free street parking, it’s important to note that there is NO street parking allowed in Pasadena between 2am and 6am except where explicitly posted otherwise. If you are traveling from outside the United States, visit the Department of State’s website to learn more about visa requirements to prepare for travel. If you require a visa letter, contact events@sfwa.org to request one.
