Rosemary Claire Smith

Rosemary Claire Smith draws inspiration from her work as a field archaeologist excavating sites around the U.S. Nowadays, she sticks closer to her home base in Virginia where she devotes too many hours envisioning what it would be like to zip backwards across the millennia to live in a Bronze Age society or even farther to visit the heyday of the dinosaurs. Her interactive adventure novel, T-Rex Time Machine, is available from Choice of Games. She’s also an AnLab-award-nominated queer writer whose fantasy, horror, and science fiction stories and essays have sold to Analog, Amazing Stories, Fantastic Stories, The Reinvented Heart, SFWA’s blog, 99 Tiny Terrors, Digital Science Fiction, and various anthologies. She serves on SFWA’s Contracts Committee and Legal Affairs Committee. Visit her online: @RCWordsmith on Instagram and Twitter, or check out rcwordsmith.com/blogging-the-mesozoic.
