In-person: SFWA will have official event photography/filming in all spaces during the conference and awards banquet and ceremony. SFWA cannot guarantee to remove any specific photographs of attendees.

All registered, in-person attendees hereby grant SFWA permission to use their likeness in organization-specific photographs, videos, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications. With the exception of manipulating the aforementioned items onto an official organization template or photoshop, SFWA will not alter the likeness of any individual or present them in a manner inconsistent with how the image/film/digital media was originally taken.

Online attendees: Official screenshots may be taken of online paneling/workshops/solo presentations during the online portion of the conference. Those attendees wishing not to appear in any official online screen captures may turn off their webcams.
